More Sweet Treats
Still busy.
Super busy.
Having tons of fun. (Doesn't he look so much older now?)
Making tons of cookies.
Tons.
And tons.
And testing them every so often.
There are lots to choose from.
And Oliver has his own collection.
He's really good at decorating.
And he's only 4. I know I'm his mom, but I think he's really talented. ;)
Stay tuned. We will show you our special cookies in the next post.
Pretty! Do you do this every year? You could sell these!
ReplyDeleteThank you! This is actually our third attempt this year. We made Turkey cookies at Thanksgiving and the icing ran and ran. Then I did a little online research and made our own icing for round two. Those turned out quite pretty. For round three, I tried a different icing recipe and that one I liked much better. I also, by the third time, had more control over the dispensing of the colors, etc.
DeleteThank you. And the best part is that they taste really good too!
Those are so pretty. I can't do that with icing. Both of you have a great talent.
ReplyDeleteThank you. We both had fun and my kitchen turned into an assembly line of sorts, each set of cookies in various drying stages! Too. Much. Fun!!!
DeleteBeautiful! Can you share the recipe?
ReplyDeleteStay tuned. Yes, I'll share in the next post or two.
DeleteYou could sell em, true, but they "sell" your blog pretty well just by being so stunning. Those colors really pop.
ReplyDeleteThank you. :) :) :)
DeleteSo beautiful!!
