Happy Cinco de Mayo
Just a quick note today to let you know that all is well. I received so many wonderful notes, calls, texts, emails and prayers on Monday. I thank you for all of that.
Truly I am doing well and life is a blessing! Oliver is happy, we are enjoying the beginnings of spring. Life is fun and full.
I will write more when I can! It's been so crazy busy! Last night I stayed up late making pinto beans and ground meat for tacos. This morning I got up early to cook two types of refried beans and made fresh guacamole. Oliver is celebrating Cinco de Mayo today at daycare, and I had to be sure to bring a bunch of fixin's for the whole class.
If I can, I snap a photo or two with my iPhone today (stay tuned). He looks adorable in his spring linen shirt with embroidered details on it. It was the closest thing to South-of-the-Border fashion he had in his closet!
