Washington Island — Ostrich Farm
I wanted to share with you the fun weekend I had with Christiana in Door County at the end of June. One of the days we spent on Washington Island which has a few attractions there that keep Oliver happy... and an awesome coffee shop to keep his parents happy. :)
We had a very fun time at the Ostrich Farm. It was probably our bizillionth time there but feeding baby goats and chasing roosters never gets old for Oliver.

For some reason, this is prolly one of my most favorite photos from that day.

This one may come in a close second.

And wouldn't you know there was a camel named Ollie?

And a few ostriches. Who like to eat purses.

And I've never seen a peacock strut its stuff before. I apologize I couldn't get a better photo. I was behind a wire fence.

And the farm was just gorgeous, especially with the fog rolling in....

By the looks of it, you'd never suspect that our next stop — School House Beach — was blanketed in warm sunshine. Stay tuned. That will be a future post!
