There's Less of Me Today

That's right. One point six less. I mean, that's not great results, but at least we're heading in the right direction. Ok, still don't know what I'm talking about? The scale went down. I am down another pound and a half. It's not much considering my last WW weigh in was at the end of August, but still. So now I'm down a total of 14.6 lbs. That's right. I was 145 when I started and now I'm 130.4 ... yippie! I can tell the difference!

Thanks to WW, I now eat less candy, red meat and creamy pasta dishes. I opt for seafood, tomato sauce (and soup!) and fresh organic fruit. I'm eating much more healthy, and when I don't indulge, I don't crave. As well, I have been more active this summer, walking a lot lot more and I can thank Oliver for that. He loves to go for walks and I've discovered so many beautiful homes in my neighborhood, parks, beaches and other outdoor activities thanks to him.

Take today for instance. We went to Apple Holler, about 30 minutes south of here, and Oliver got to dive into hail bails, walk a few mazes, tunnels and trails as well as ride a train and a pony! Photos to come.

And just in that short short morning adventure I put on 2.8 miles on my pedometer. That's what I'm talking about!

No worries, some day I'll post a before and after pic. I'm not sure how much longer I'll keep losing—I just want my belly and back fat to go away (completely) and I'm not there yet. My clothes are starting to fit better at least. I feel great. So we'll see.

Ok, time for bed!

PS. Oliver is exactly 18 months old T O D A Y ! Happy 1.5 birthday Oliver!
