Look at This Crazy Cool Scooter!

All these wonderful mod toys for kids. I love 'em. I especially love the fact that they do not have bells, whistles or blinking lights. I mean, didn't the old covered wagon prairie children make do with rag dolls? My kid has way too many blinking, honking, talking toys. I'm tempted to get rid of all of them and let him have only a few wooden toys that are simple, educational and sound. Call me Mommy Dearest if you like, but what kind of a child are we raising if every toy has to vie for his attention?
